R.se dC(르씨 디씨)는 안무가 김동규가 이끄는 프로젝트형 현대무용
단체로, 국가와 장르의 경계를 넘어 동시대 사회의 감정과 정체성, 인간 내면
의 긴장을 신체 언어로 탐구한다.
무용이 사회적 감정을 해석하고 공동체적 감각을 회복하는 예술적 언어가 될
수 있다는 믿음을 바탕으로, 창작과 국제교류를 결합한 새로운 무용 생태계
를 구축하고 있다.
R.se dC is a project-based contemporary dance collective led by c horeographer Kim Dongkyu. The company explores contemporary emotion s, identity, and inner human tensions through the language of the body beyond national and genre boundaries. Grounded in the belief that dance can interpret social emotions and resto re a sense of community, R.se dC builds a new creative ecosystem integr ating artistic creation with international collaboration. |

죽은 물고기 만이 강의 흐름을 따라간다 - 독일 속담 중에서 상호 자극을 통해 개별 의식을 상실한 군중 속의 개인은 일상적 사고를 뛰어넘어 한없이 숭고해지는가 하면 야만으로 복귀하기도 한다. 무명성에 자신을 감추고 보고 싶은 것을 과장하고 단순화하여 책임으로부터 자유로움을 선언한다. 개별 주체가 군중으로 탄생하는 과정, 그리고 개인을 군중으로 선동하는 과정은 흥미롭고 무시무시하며 일상적이다. 타인에 대한 무관용과 잔혹함을 과시하는 이면에는 은밀한 일체감과 친밀함이 흐른다. “Only dead fish follow the flow of the river.” — German proverb Within a crowd where individual consciousness is lost through mutual sti mulation, a person may transcend ordinary thought to reach a state of the sublime, or regress into barbarity. Concealed by anonymity, individuals exaggerate and simplify what they wish to see, declaring themselves free from responsibility. The process by which individual subjects become a crowd, and the proce ss by which individuals are incited into a crowd, are fascinating, terrifyin g, and deeply embedded in everyday life. Beneath the display of intolerance and cruelty toward others, there flows a hidden sense of unity and intimacy. |
